While there may not be a formal gathering to highlight stellar employees, companies can easily celebrate their accomplishments, work anniversaries, and more on social media. This is a great way to enhance camaraderie during a challenging time.
Employees’ Choice.
Provide employees with a list of options they can pick from to enhance their career or help them out heading into the new year. Options could be a specialized training program, reimbursement of expenses not traditionally covered, or a physical gift or gift card.
